Symptom

When you call the webmail subdomain, webmail will not load. Instead, the browser loads the Bitpalace page.

Cause

You have not selected a webmail program in the mail settings.

Solution

1. Log in to the webspace control panel.

2. Click the "Mail" tab.

3. Check the domain (s) that you are interested in and click on the link "Webmail".

4. Select a webmail program.

5. Click "OK".

After a change, it may take up to 15 minutes for the setting to take effect.
